i am so sick and tired of this. i’ve received similar messages to this for quite a long time now and it’s just getting ridiculous. whatever song i choose to cover is not a matter of “being FAIR to fans”. it’s a matter of whether or not i like the song. if i like a song and want to cover it, i will. it should NOT matter who requests it or where i found it. 

normally i wouldn’t respond to a message like this, but sometimes i feel like i have to. i ask all fans that might be reading this to UNDERSTAND that whatever song i choose to cover IS NOT BASED ON WHO REQUESTS IT. i only want to cover music THAT I LIKE. if after reading this message, you truly think that i’m a bad or unfair person for choosing music that i want to cover, then so be it. just don’t send me messages like this anymore. i don’t think anybody deserves a “warning” of any sort for wanting to cover music that he/she likes.
